Gift recipients who return an item will receive an in-store credit that can be used towards any item on Gifts365.com.
General, in-stock items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or a refund. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning an item to us.
